Thomas Beatie mows lawn at seven months pregnancy

A man who is the first pregnant male in history was yesterday pictured taking care of his lawn with a visible baby bump under his tee-shirt.
Thomas Beatie, 34, was born a woman then began the process of changing sex, before halting the procedure to allow himself to be artificially inseminated using an anonymous donor’s sperm.
Mr Beatie is officially male and lives with his wife Nancy, 45, in Oregon, USA, but is carrying a baby and is due to give birth to it in six weeks.
He said: “We’re a happy couple deeply in love. My belly is growing with a new life inside me. I am stable and confident being the man I am.”
