Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir review at IGN.com
More Storm of Zehir reviews from the major gaming sites. Today we head over to IGN where Jason Ocampo sees the formula as a successful homage to old-school D&D campaigns and the score is 8.3/10:
It’s been so long since we’ve had an old fashioned D&D role-playing game, the kind that lets you build a party from scratch so that you can dive in and journey through a sword-and-sorcery campaign. Neverwinter Nights and its sequel only let you create a single character. You have to go back to 2002’s Icewind Dale II to find a D&D game focused on building a party. Thankfully, Obsidian has delivered Neverwinter Nights 2: Storm of Zehir, the second expansion to NWN2. Storm of Zehir packs a lot of fun new features, not the least of which is the ability to build a party once more.
