28 July, 2008 (10:19) | Palestine/Middle East | User Imagevercingetorix

NATO-led soldiers killed two children after opening fire on a car that failed to slow down near a military patrol in southern Afghanistan’s Kandahar province Sunday, the alliance’s force said Monday. In the incident, the troops “opened fire on a vehicle being driven in a threatening manner and ignoring warnings, killing two child occupants,” NATO’s International Security Assistance Force said. A man was also seriously wounded, it said.
